All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 2-4 business days (7 Days For Holidays – not including the shipping time) from the time of purchase for domestic orders. 4-5 business days (7 Days For Holidays – not including the shipping time) for International Orders to send out. Standard shipping times then apply. Click the tracking information located in your confirmation email to view your shipping details and lead time. Deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations within your country.International Tracking will be limited in some countries. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.
To make sure we deliver the best quality, we will re-check the t-shirt again. If it is not at the best quality, we will have to re-print it. In this case, the delivery will be longer than expected. If you do not get the shipping confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping to military bases via USPS will take longer. Please consider before purchasing items. You should use normal address if you want to get it sooner.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
- I got the wrong shirt. How can I get my correct order?
In the event of a wrong order, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us..
- I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?

- I ordered the correct size but it’s a bit small/large can I return it and exchange it to a different size?
Unfortunately, We are currently unable to process a return and exchange due to size because we do not hold inventory or stock.
- I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?
We can try to make corrections to your order within 24 hours from the time that you submitted your order form. If you request for the corrections after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to update it on our end. You will then have to wait for your order to be shipped to you.
- I just made an order but i changed my mind and I’d like to cancel it.

- I made an order 3 days ago and since it hasn’t been shipped yet. I’d like to cancel it.
Please know that all our shirts are made-to-order. Orders are sent to production within 24 hours from the time they are placed. After 24 hours, we can no longer try to cancel your order. Please bear in mind that production time may take 5-7 business days but delays may occur during holidays.
- What’s the ETA of my order?
An ETA can only be provided when your order has been released from production and transferred to the courier. The current turnaround time for production is 5-7 business days plus 5-7 business days for shipping. The dye-sublimation print and the standard print. Each print requires a different treatment so the length of production time may range from 5 to 7 business days from the time the order was placed. Due to the nature of dye-sublimation printing, production may sometimes be delayed. Shipping time may range from 7-15 business days.
